  • Missed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are provided at our discretion, especially for prepaid plans

  • No-shows or access issues on your part may result in a partial or full service charge

We reserve the right to:

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally before pursuing legal action. All claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
